• The salary for this position is between €5005.37 and €6256.72 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

As an Architectural Engineer at Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Den Bosch, you will work on various challenging construction projects ranging from residential housing to complex utility works, doing so using the latest technologies!

Together with your team of dedicated colleagues, you will work on drafting and coordinating the preparation planning, procurement, management, and alignment of working drawings. You will do this using BIM models and other digital programs. Additionally, you will be in close contact with the execution team to ensure a good and timely handover.

From the moment the permits have been applied for and the technical design is ready, you, as a Construction Planner, will work in collaboration with the Project Manager, Estimator, Site Manager, and other involved colleagues on the coordination of the entire process surrounding the project.

After drafting a procurement schedule, you will work on requesting and comparing quotes, after which you will subsequently purchase your materials and subcontractors during a procurement meeting.

You work together with the project manager and you are the director of the BIM model used in every project. You ensure that all disciplines (such as architectural, structural, and installations) are coordinated in the BIM model and prepare the schedules and drawings for the execution team. Additionally, you handle procurement preparation and monitor the financial progress of the project.

You find technology great, but you also work extensively with external advisors, subcontractors, and suppliers. You connect all the different parties and ensure mutual coordination. In this way, you have control over the project and manage the process as optimally as possible. Additionally, you apply your technical expertise within our design and tender teams so that we can secure beautiful new projects.
