Working at Benchmark means working in a dynamic work environment. You work in an independent team where your initiatives and ideas are highly valued. Showing initiative is greatly appreciated and rewarded.
You work in a team of 8 direct colleagues. The team you work in is close-knit, and every year you can count on a fun team outing! Beyond that, Benchmark provides plenty of activities, such as an annual summer party and Christmas party.
In addition, we offer:
Good salary: with a range of €4,795 to €6,842 gross per month on a full-time basis. You will be scaled based on your previous (relevant) work experience, whereby we will, of course, also take your salary indication into account.

Are you a Senior Quality Engineer who looks beyond solving deviations? Someone who sees quality as a steering instrument and takes the lead in structural improvement? Then we offer you a role in which you truly make a difference.
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you are a key player in bringing our quality performance to a higher level of maturity. You act proactively, identify risks before they become problems, and drive sustainable solutions. You are not a follower of processes, but a co-designer of how quality is ensured, improved, and experienced within our company.
An important part of your role is the substantive and methodical leadership of improvement trajectories, including driving and guiding the Quality Improvement Team (QIT process). In doing so, you act as a coach, challenger, and substantive conscience.
Proactively analyzing quality deviations, trends, and risks to uncover structural, system-driven causes.
Leading root cause analyses and ensuring effective, sustainable CAPAs.
Initiating, developing, and ensuring quality standards, procedures, and work instructions.
Preparing, executing, and purposefully utilizing internal and external audits.
Analyzing and translating quality KPIs into concrete improvement actions and decision-making.
Directing quality within NPI projects, including critical assessment of deliverables and customer specifications.
You work intensively with production, engineering, supply chain, and customers, but you primarily also take substantive leadership. You ask the right questions, break reactive patterns, and help the organization to set up quality in a predictable, robust, and future-proof manner. Within the team, you will be given the space to initiate improvement initiatives, bring others along in them, and collectively determine where your expertise adds the most value.
In short: a role for a professional who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and structurally brings quality to the next level.
