Structural Modeler Building Structures - Eindhoven

You are accurate, independent, and have strong communication skills. You ask questions where necessary, think along, and enjoy collaborating. You have a passion for technology and a sharp eye for quality.

Furthermore, you possess:

• A completed HBO degree in Civil Engineering (specializing in Structures) or relevant work experience with an MBO Civil Engineering background;

• At least 3 years of experience with structural modeling;

• Experience with Revit (must);

• Knowledge of and experience with the BIM basis ILS;

• Experience with Dynamo, ACC, Navisworks, or Solibri is a plus;

• Good command of the Dutch or English language.

As a Structural Modeler Building Structures, you will work on setting up 3D models and developing structural drawings in Revit. You will work closely with structural engineers and project leaders on diverse projects: from ground-based housing to residential towers, from production halls to schools, station buildings, and even civil objects such as quay structures and pumping stations.

You translate the wishes of various stakeholders in a project - such as structural engineers, architects, and installers - into a well-coordinated model. You participate in clash sessions, consult with colleagues and external parties, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the modeling team.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Modeling structural 3D models and derived drawings in Revit;

• Coordination with structural engineers and project leaders;

• Participating in clash sessions with other disciplines;

• Knowledge sharing within the modeling team (e.g., via periodic meetings).
