Logistics Administrative Billing Clerk

You ensure that all quotes, rates, and financial data are processed accurately, so that our operational teams and our customers can rely on correct, timely, and complete information. Thanks to your critical eye, communication skills, and financial accuracy, you contribute to a smooth-running administrative process within DFDS Logistics.

• Processing quotes and spot rates in the DFDS operational system.

• Correctly billing revenue, rates, and any additional costs to customers.

• Informing customers about rate adjustments and answering invoice-related questions.

• Monitoring and following up on overdue payments and customer disputes, in collaboration with the Finance Shared Service Center.

• Collaborating with operational teams to inform customers in a timely manner about possible extra costs.

• Identifying deviations in margin and proactively suggesting improvement points in processes and working methods.

• At least MBO 4 working and thinking level.

• 3-4 years of experience in financial administrative duties within the logistics sector.

• Fluent command of the Dutch language and good command of the English language.

• You are communicative, customer-oriented, strong with numbers, and dare to take responsibility.

• Critical, accurate, and problem-solving oriented.
