The role
What you'll do
What are you going to do?
You are the telephone calling card and the first point of contact for customers dealing with car damage. You will receive all kinds of questions from our customers, primarily by telephone but also via email. No two conversations are the same, and you ensure that every process runs smoothly and efficiently. Naturally, you speak to our customers professionally and help them further by initiating internal actions, such as scheduling appointments in one of our 26 locations. You are therefore in communication with both customers and your colleagues, ensuring a pleasant resolution for the customer.

Who are you?
At Van Mossel, customer satisfaction is high on the agenda, and therefore also on yours! You have extensive experience in customer service. Additionally, you can maintain a good overview despite working in various systems. Most importantly, you derive pleasure from helping our customers further. You are preferably available full-time, but part-time is certainly negotiable! You speak and write excellent Dutch and live in the vicinity of our beautiful head office in Waalwijk.
