Are you friendly, customer-oriented, and looking for a position in which you can learn a lot? For our Aftersales Support, we are looking for a motivated customer service representative for at least 32 hours per week.

Experience is not required. With an extensive onboarding process and good guidance, we will help you master the profession quickly. Within a short time, you will be able to answer most customer inquiries independently.

As a customer service representative, you are an important point of contact for our customers. You answer questions by telephone and online and help customers with scheduling maintenance and repairs. Additionally, you provide information regarding maintenance appointments and price quotes.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Answering customer inquiries by telephone and online;

• Scheduling and changing maintenance and repair appointments;

• Informing customers about maintenance and price quotes;

• Managing and monitoring the maintenance planning;

• Setting priorities during busy moments;

• Correctly processing appointments and customer data;

• Coordinating with customers, workshops, and branches;

• Professional and customer-friendly handling of every appointment.

• You are available for at least 32 hours per week;
