Digital Strategy Consultant | Cloud | Data & AI

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree in relevant areas (MBA, MSc) is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in management consultancy, with a focus on digital transformation.
• Expertise in digital transformation methodologies (Lean, Agile, Design Thinking).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analysis, and automation tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to deliver results, manage stakeholders, and adapt to changes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

• Shaping and managing digital transformation projects, from strategy determination to implementation and follow-up.
• Developing and presenting value propositions and innovative solutions for clients in various sectors.
• Performing digital maturity assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and defining transformation roadmaps.
• Evaluating and implementing emerging digital technologies, such as cloud and AI.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Contributing to the development of thought leadership within Devoteam.
• Staying up to date with trends and best practices in the field of digital transformation.
