ServiceNow Consultant

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a ServiceNow consultant.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is a must.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules (including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB).
• Strong knowledge of scripting in ServiceNow (Javascript, angular JS, JQuery, JSON).
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of SecOps is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and a good command of English. This is a must have at this moment.
• You are a strong communicator and team player.
• You are analytical, problem-solving, and client-oriented.
• You live in the Netherlands. Many of our clients are in the Randstad, but our colleagues come from all over the Netherlands. From Limburg to Groningen.

Does this sound like your next adventure?

• You translate complex client requirements into functional and technical ServiceNow solutions.
• You implement and configure various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, SecOps, and Custom App Development.
• You develop and maintain integrations with other business-critical systems.
• You solve technical problems and optimize the performance of ServiceNow.
• You work closely with clients, business consultants, and developers to provide the best possible solutions.
• Collaboration and knowledge sharing are very important to us. As a senior, you share your expertise and mentor medior and junior consultants.
• You organize design workshops with both internal and external stakeholders to further improve the user experience and the adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
• You support both our ServiceNow developers as well as our project and commercial teams with designing ServiceNow solutions and creating cost and effort estimates.
• You make recommendations for effective and cost-efficient workflows.
• You participate in Presales activities.
