• Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Scrum Master in the public sector.

• Preferably with guiding multiple Scrum teams in an Agile Release Train.

• Experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe/Agile environment and preferably knowledge of DevOps.

• At minimum in possession of PSM I & II certification.

• Actively contributed to agile transformations and knows how to guide teams through change processes.

• Experience in creating support among teams, management, and stakeholders regarding agile working methods.

• In possession of a SAFe Scrum Master certification (or willing to obtain it).

• At minimum a completed HBO or WO degree.

• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch language, both oral and written.

You will carry out assignments for our clients in the public sector, both at Ministries, Executive Agencies (ZBO’s), and municipalities. At our client, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching multiple Scrum teams and Product Owner(s) to help these teams perform optimally and deliver value to citizens. You will help them to understand and apply the principles of SAFe, Agile, and Scrum in their daily work. Additionally, you will be expected to support the organization of user input and stakeholder management through demos, sprint reviews, daily scrums, and retrospectives. Because in most cases many stakeholders are involved with the teams you will be working for, it is necessary that you are able to operate in a complex and dynamic environment.

The teams deal with many dependencies, both in terms of business and technology. You ensure that the teams communicate and collaborate effectively and that they can quickly identify and overcome obstacles.
In doing so, you look beyond just the technical aspects; you stimulate a culture of continuous improvement within the teams and help them to optimize this process. Additionally, you actively contribute to the development and professionalization of the Release Train and the Scrum Master profession at our clients.
