The role

For Nissan Netherlands, we are looking for a Business Analyst to support the Business Planning & Strategy department. In this role, you are responsible for managing incentive programs, supporting dealers, and providing insights that contribute to successful commercial campaigns.

What you'll do

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Fleet, and dealer partners to ensure that incentive campaigns are correctly set up, executed, and monitored. Additionally, you will play an important role in optimizing processes and ensuring efficient and correct payment of incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Processing incentive claims and payment batches, both manually and via the Incentive Management System (IMS2).
  • Acting as the first point of contact for dealers regarding incentive-related questions and support.
  • Preparing reports, analyses, and monitoring overviews to support incentive payments and campaign performance.
  • Participating in campaign planning meetings and collaborating with Marketing Managers to align offers and campaigns.
  • Ensuring timely and correct setup of incentive offers in the Incentive Management System.
  • Performing internal controls and audits to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of payments.
  • Supporting external dealer audits.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements within incentive management, sales support, financial reporting, and campaign planning.
  • Acting as a backup for the Incentives System Analyst regarding system configurations, payments, credit notes, and system developments.
  • Supporting internal employees and dealers through training and knowledge sharing in the field of incentives.
