AI Developer (.NET/Azure AI Foundry)

• Strong experience as a .NET / C# Developer
• Experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps, API Management)
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with API integrations
• Experience with Semantic Kernel or Microsoft Agent Framework
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry
• Experience with Copilot is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Experience with AI tooling such as Autogen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks (plus)

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

As an AI Developer, you will work on designing and building AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

You develop AI agents and smart applications using Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, and the Microsoft Agent Framework. In doing so, you combine strong .NET and Azure knowledge with AI concepts such as agents, orchestration, tracing, and API integrations.

You will work on:

• Building AI agents in C# (.NET)
• Integration of AI models within existing microservices architectures
• Developing AI-enabled applications (pro-code, no low-code)
• API integrations and backend services
• Collaborating with frontend and data engineers to realize end-to-end AI solutions
• Experimenting with tooling such as CrewAI, n8n, or AI-oriented editors

We are not looking for a pure Python data scientist, but a software engineer who can apply AI within a modern cloud architecture.

More important than years of AI experience is that you understand how software engineering works. AI is new, but solid development skills remain the foundation.
