Shape the future of digital transformation as a Senior ServiceNow Business Consultant at Devoteam. In this role, you analyze business processes and translate them into effective solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You play a key role in helping our customers streamline their operations and achieve their digital transformation goals.

• Organizing workshops with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, mapping current processes and identifying areas for improvement.

• Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications, designing ServiceNow solutions that align with ITIL best practices.

• Configuring ServiceNow modules using forms, workflows, business rules and integrations, developing and executing test plans to ensure the quality of the solution.

• Providing expert guidance to customers on ServiceNow best practices and governance, identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization within the ServiceNow platform.

• Presenting ServiceNow solutions and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

• At least 2 years of practical experience with ServiceNow implementations or improvement projects, with 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow consultancy experience.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or a strong commitment to obtaining it.
• In-depth functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Strategic Portfolio Management, Security Operations, CRM, CMDB).
• ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) certification or the willingness to obtain it.
• Proven experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment.
• A strong understanding of Performance Analytics, ATF (Automated Test Framework), SACM implementations and CMDB setup (a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and customer-oriented skills.
• The ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
