As a (Senior) Technical Property Manager, you manage real estate for our clients and tenants from a technical perspective. You act as the point of contact and advisor for our clients regarding technical topics such as maintenance, increasing the quality of the buildings, and in doing so, ensuring high customer satisfaction. You make an active contribution to improvements regarding process and sales by creating technical (cross-selling) opportunities. You are responsible for the development of a theme, service, or product, and you contribute ideas on themes such as sustainability and how we can make buildings more sustainable.
You have regular contact with our clients, tenants, and suppliers and you are a strong interlocutor for them; you act as an advisor, negotiator, point of contact, and strategist. Based on your expertise, you are responsible for creating a maintenance and improvement plan based on the policy principles or wishes of the client. You annually evaluate delivery, service, framework, and maintenance contracts on, among other things, quality and price. You also advise and evaluate regarding budget vs. actual (BvR) maintenance and BvR service costs.
