What will my work as a Mid-level Spatial Planning Advisor look like?

As a Mid-level Spatial Planning Advisor, you will support entrepreneurs and colleagues with spatial developments in the countryside. You will work on diverse issues regarding permits, zoning plans, and the Environment Act. Together with experienced advisors, you will continue to build your knowledge and take on increasing responsibility within projects.

Your duties include

• Collaborating on advisory processes regarding spatial planning, permits, and environmental legislation;

• Providing support for permit processes and spatial procedures, such as zoning plans;

• Guiding projects such as red-to-red processes, house splitting, housing transformations, and repurposing;

• Maintaining contact with entrepreneurs, municipalities, and other involved parties;

• Identifying opportunities and points of attention within projects;

• Collaborating with colleagues to realize projects efficiently and successfully.

You will work for entrepreneurs and initiators who want to realize their plans within the applicable laws and regulations. In doing so, you will support spatial developments in both the countryside and urban environments.

Together with colleagues, you will help clients find feasible and future-proof solutions for their spatial issues. Through your advice, you make complex procedures clear and actionable.
