As a medior consultant, you will work within various client projects at nlmtd, depending on what most closely aligns with your expertise, experience, and affinity. You can indicate yourself which projects fit, and you will work together with other nlmtd'ers on projects at the client. Our entrepreneurial model gives you the opportunity to further develop in the field of your expertise or to experiment in another area of expertise, just like a true entrepreneur. We are also open to expanding our scope even further if you can do this from your expertise by bringing in new business. As a medior, you are broadly deployable and can also specialize within an area of expertise. In addition to the possibility of developing further as a consultant, we naturally also stimulate your development as an entrepreneur, which can range from (co-)writing client proposals to further expanding new or existing business.

• University degree (WO)

• 3+ years of work experience at another consultancy firm

• Project management experience

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Ambition to make an impact - Business and social

• You speak Dutch and English

We are located in a beautiful office in Amsterdam and regularly organize social activities and an annual ski trip and outdoor weekend. Additionally, you have the possibility to join us as an employee or to join us as a freelancer, whereby the following applies to the latter:

• 80% of the rate is for you, 20% you contribute (as an investment in you and the growth of nlmtd)

• A commission of 12% when you bring in assignments for other nlmtd'ers. You also contribute this 12% when you work on an assignment from another nlmtd'er.

• Working on challenging projects within your personal interest

• Monthly training program to develop your consulting skills - and other skills, such as communication and time management.

• Unlimited fun with nlmtd'ers

• Helping build nlmtd in an internal role

• Through the nlmtd fund, as a consultant you can use your expertise for organizations with great social impact, which are normally out of reach due to budget constraints. By voluntarily contributing 1% of your rate, you help make this possible.

• Beforehand: responding to the vacancy, including motivation, transcript, and a short game 'equalture'.

• Round 1: a conversation with a future nlmtd'er, about working within the nlmtd model, your motivation, and skills!

• Round 2: two cases (a presentation case for which preparation is required and a client case)

• Afterwards: signing the partnership if we are a match, and then the onboarding starts!
