have demonstrable leadership experience
and have at least 10 years of experience as a (Senior) Private Banker, or experience as a team leader within Private Banking
have built a strong professional network in Antwerp and the wider region

The role

Channel your entrepreneurial spirit and your talent as a team lead to inspire your people for our clients' businesses.

You are the link between our teams and clients, between daily operations and broader objectives, between market strategy and trends and actions, Antwerp and HQ.
You are responsible for the team of (Senior) Private Bankers in Antwerp. You provide direction to the daily operational and commercial functioning of the office, coach your employees, and help them realize their objectives and their further development.
Additionally, you are co-responsible for the further building and expanding of our client portfolio. You activate your own network and guide your team members in further developing their network within the world of businesses and entrepreneurs.
You are an ambassador for ABN AMRO MeesPierson in the Antwerp region and build relationships with important stakeholders. You are close to the market yourself and guide a number of our most important clients and prospects in a personal and professional manner.
Thanks to you and your team, the client gains access to the broad expertise of the bank and specialized, tailored services.
