Requirements

What we're looking for

• 📅 You are available at least on Wednesdays and Fridays and can work 1 evening until 22:00

• 💡 You think in a solution-oriented manner and enjoy helping people

• 🔒 You can handle confidential information carefully

A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is mandatory for this position. This must be applied for within six weeks after the start of the training.

Languages

• 🗣️ You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages

What you'll get

• 💶 A salary of €15.28 per hour if you are 21 years or older, plus a good pension scheme

• 🎁 Refer-a-friend: receive a bonus when you refer friends or family

• ⏰ Flexible hours from 20 to a maximum of 36 hours per week

• 🕒 Flexible working hours within the opening hours:
• Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 22:00
• Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00

• 🎓 A 3-day training course, so that you start well prepared

The role

You will assist people by telephone 📞 and via email, supporting them with, for example, logging in, requesting access, or an expired DigiD. This is how you make an impact every day.

✨ What will you do?
In this role, you are the point of contact for citizens at home and abroad who have questions about the digital government services of DigiD, part of the National Government.

What you'll do

You listen well, ask the right questions, and explain clearly what someone needs to do. Because you work with confidential data, it is important that you work carefully and discreetly.
