Our vacancy: Customer Service Representative

No two days are the same in this role. You are part of a team and you work for renowned customers (mostly (petro)chemistry).
You organize and monitor the transport, VAL, and/or storage process for the customer and you maintain daily contact with them regarding operational matters. You process inbound or outbound orders accurately and timely in the WMS system and you ensure transport and customs documents are in order. Any discrepancies you encounter in the WMS system, you register and correct within it. Additionally, you are alert to the wishes and needs of customers and you identify possible improvements.

In this role, you are part of the Customer Services department of De Rijke Warehousing B.V. and part of accelerating value for the customer!

• In possession of a completed MBO level 4 education, with at least 1 year of relevant administrative work experience.
• Or you are a starter with a completed HBO education (Associate Degree or Bachelor), for example in logistics or business administration.
• You possess excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Due to the limited accessibility by public transport to our Botlek Rotterdam location, you are in possession of your own transport.
• Experience with BluJay is a plus.

What do we offer you?
You will be working on the Shannonweg in Rotterdam Botlek, a workplace with attention to job satisfaction and sustainable employability. A monthly contribution for certain forms of sport & exercise is included. Through our De Rijke Academy, you can acquire a lot of knowledge but also transfer your knowledge.

In accordance with our salary scheme, the starting salary is at least € 3,360.00 gross per month. Depending on your knowledge and work experience, this may be higher.

Furthermore, you will receive a contribution towards travel expenses and a great pension scheme in accordance with the CAO Beroepsgoederenvervoer. Additionally, we have a supplementary employment benefits scheme.
