Project Manager Facilities (Life Sciences)

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in facilities, real estate, or similar
• 3+ years of work experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech environments
• You know the world of regulated environments: cGMP, biosafety levels, lab safety
• You are proficient with project tools (MS Project, Smartsheet) and numbers

• A PMP certification or similar is a plus

Your projects You manage projects ranging from €50K to well over €5M. From space optimization to complete laboratory and office renovations. Every day, you coordinate between different parties: contractors, scientists, IT colleagues, and management. You ensure that everyone understands what is happening and why.

You draw up project plans, determine budgets, and keep everything on track. Complexity does not intimidate you—on the contrary, you flourish in environments with strict safety and compliance requirements. FDA guidelines, cGMP requirements, and cleanroom protocols are second nature to you.

Your role You are more than just a planner. You form the link between strategy and execution. Clients rely on your advice on how they can best design and use their spaces. You analyze data, identify opportunities, and translate them into concrete improvements.

At the same time, you guide teams through change. Because a renovation is more than moving walls—people must feel at home in their new environment. You ensure clear communication, address concerns, and create enthusiasm. From laboratory technicians to directors: everyone knows what they can expect.

Your workplace You are regularly on-site with clients. Sometimes this means working between cleanrooms and active laboratories; other times, you are sitting at a table with a client team for strategic sessions. Flexibility is important—occasionally a project requires work outside of office hours to avoid disrupting daily operations.
