Project Manager OT

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or automation field
• You have at least 5 years of experience leading large automation projects within the process industry
• You have in-depth knowledge of industrial networks, PLC, SCADA, or MES systems, and cybersecurity
• You possess the necessary persuasiveness to successfully manage both external technology partners and internal project teams
• You are organizationally sensitive and communicate just as easily with board members as with technicians in Dutch and English

You will land in an informal team of specialists in Steenderen, where we work together on innovative and safe digital solutions for our production lines.

• You lead complex automation projects in the field of process control and production software for our international locations
• You draw up tight project plans, budgets, and milestones, and meticulously monitor progress, quality, and safety
• You ensure a successful technical and organizational landing of the new software solutions on the factory floor
• You manage multidisciplinary project teams composed of both internal colleagues and external technology partners
• You proactively identify technological innovations and advise the Manager Operational Technology on the further digital course
