Support Consultant (WMS)

• Recently graduated (MBO+/HBO/WO), preferably in IT, logistics, business administration, or similar

• Interest in software, IT systems, and logistical processes

• Eager to learn, analytical, and solution-oriented

• Customer-oriented and communicative (also in English)

• Good at collaborating and setting priorities

• Affinity with or interest in AI and modern technologies is a plus

• You enjoy investigating technical and functional issues

Are you (nearly) graduated and ready for a flying start in a dynamic environment? In this role, you will develop yourself rapidly while adding direct value for customers.

As a Support Consultant, you are the primary point of contact for users of our Locus WMS. The team is located at our site in Almere. You help customers with their questions and ensure that the system continues to function optimally. You dive into incidents and service requests, analyze what is happening, and coordinate with consultants and developers where necessary to reach the best solution. Meanwhile, you learn how logistical processes work and how to translate these into smart, practical IT solutions.

• Your role is varied and educational. Among other things, you will be busy with:

• Supporting national and international customers with questions and issues

• Registering, analyzing, and resolving incidents and service requests

• Coordinating with consultants and developers regarding more complex issues

Additionally, you look beyond just solving problems. You identify opportunities for improvement, think along about more efficient processes, and help in building knowledge documentation.

You do not find it a problem to work an on-call shift once every 6 weeks for 7 days.

In short: a versatile starter position in which you combine technology, logistics, and customer contact and receive plenty of room to develop yourself within an experienced and engaged team.
