Change Manager Social Domain

• You possess a HBO (higher professional education) and preferably a WO (university) degree.
• You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in a similar role within local government.
• You have experience in leadership as a change manager, and you possess extensive knowledge of the Social Domain (participation, WMO, or Youth Care).
• Naturally, you are highly proficient in the Dutch language, both in writing and speaking. 

• You approach changes with a clear vision and an open mind; you work and think integrally, and your approach is result-oriented and people-oriented.
• You are independent and firm, yet at the same time, you are connected to your environment.
• You have strategic insight and a sense for administrative and social relations.
• You are a strong leader and interlocutor for management and boards.
• You are strategically minded and focused on long-term vision development.
• Additionally, you are proficient in change management methodologies.

For our Public Consulting pillar, we are looking for an experienced Change Manager Social Domain. As an Interim Manager at our clients, you will carry out change-related assignments at a tactical and strategic level. The social domain is continuously in motion. Developments that have consequences for the relevant employees in terms of working methods, processes, and culture. We are looking for Interim Managers for our clients who can help shape these changes.
