We are looking for an enthusiastic, communicative, and experienced Project Manager (40 hours). The Project Manager is responsible for the progress, execution, and financial results of their projects. This includes, among other things, coordinating and monitoring the progress of engineering activities, production, and delivery planning for our customers.

Key accountabilities;

• Organizing and executing a project from design to delivery;
• You are able to maintain an overview and signal and act when gaps appear in the project;
• Drafting, monitoring, and updating project and detailed production planning in consultation with project coordinators and contractors to establish a global project plan;
• Regular consultation with the client and their employees regarding the progress of the project;
• Providing functional leadership to members of the project team to achieve an effective and efficient way of working in accordance with quality standards, environmental, and safety regulations;
• Providing a technical, financial, and procedural evaluation and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• A completed education in the field of Maritime Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant equivalent;
• You possess shipbuilding knowledge;
• 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably within similar roles within a technical and industrial environment;
• You enjoy working in a team, are effective in planning and organizing, are willing to learn new skills, and are result-oriented;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
