• HBO-level (Higher Professional Education) with long-term relevant work experience
• Thorough knowledge of water treatment technologies
• Familiarity with design and engineering methods

We are looking for an experienced Water Treatment Project Manager to successfully guide our projects from concept to realization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, organizing, and supervising water treatment projects to ensure all project objectives are achieved.

• Project Supervision: Participating in the tender phase and execution phase of water treatment projects
• Planning & Budget: Drafting project plans, budgets, and schedules; monitoring costs and handling extra or reduced work
• Team Leadership: Directing project teams and working closely with the operational team
• Quality & Safety: Overseeing quality, safety, and compliance with HSE guidelines
• Problem Solving: Identifying, analyzing, and resolving bottlenecks
• Engineering: Providing detailed engineering and preparation of material purchases and technical selection
• Communication: Reporting progress internally and externally; relationship management with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Contract Management: Drafting service agreements and legal processing
