In this role, you will work closely with your predecessor, who will continue to perform part of the Business Control tasks alongside a new role within BVO NL. This offers you a unique opportunity for a flying start: you will step into a dossier that is well on track, while being able to count on the expertise of an experienced sparring partner.

Together with 25 colleagues from the Finance & Control department, you will make an important contribution to the further professionalization of our nationally operating organization. You will join a close-knit team of driven professionals, where you will report functionally to the Team Manager Business Control.

As a Business Controller, you will be part of the Business Control team within the Finance & Control department, consisting of approximately 23 colleagues. You will work closely with four Business Controllers and report functionally to the Team Manager Business Control. Depending on your area of focus, you will be responsible for one of the organizational units and participate in its management team. In doing so, you are not only a financial advisor, but above all a full-fledged business partner for managers and project leaders.

Bevolkingsonderzoek Nederland is responsible for the implementation of three population screenings in the Netherlands: We screen various population groups for cervical cancer, colorectal cancer, and breast cancer. Annually, we invite more than 4.5 million Dutch people for one or more of these population screenings. At our organization, 950 colleagues work towards the same goal: contributing to the early detection of cancer. Early detection helps! It increases the chance of successful treatment and often means a less invasive treatment is required.
