Business Controller

• A salary between €4080,- and €6642,- gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance.

To further strengthen our Supply Centers, we are looking for a Business Controller who feels comfortable on the shop floor as well as at the management table.

As a Business Controller, you are the financial business partner for four Supply Centers. You are located in the heart of the organization and work intensively with production, project teams, and management. You translate what is happening on the floor into clear financial insights, so that the business can adjust course in a timely manner.

The organization needs predictability, transparency, and control. You ensure that figures do not come as a surprise, but rather help to look ahead. That means: early signaling, calculating scenarios, and proactively advising.

This role combines hands-on control with strategic thinking and offers plenty of room to design processes to be smarter, more transparent, and future-proof.

• Preparing, monitoring, and updating budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans.
• Translating production and capacity plans into financial scenarios.
• Analyzing margins, cost developments, and financial risks.
• Ensuring timely and reliable management information for management and operations.
• Setting up and monitoring project structures in the ERP system (IFS).
• Preparing project forecasts, cost-to-complete, and margin analyses.
• Signaling deviations in projects and production and proposing adjustments.
• Supporting pricing, calculations, and commercial considerations.
• Providing insight into hours, productivity, staffing, and overhead.
• Thinking along regarding capacity issues and efficiency improvements.
• Preparing monthly reports and discussing them with management and production.
• Actively communicating with departments on the shop floor: you speak their language.
• Sparring partner for the directors and management of the Supply Centers.
• Advising on investments, make-or-buy decisions, and cost optimization.
• Improving and harmonizing financial processes and reporting.
• Contributing to further digitalization, dashboards, and ERP optimization.
