Information Security, Quality & Privacy Manager

• A salary in accordance with Cao Ziekenhuizen FWG 65 (€ 4,824 – € 7,269 based on 36 hours), depending on your education and experience (salary scale Cao August 1, 2026).

• Good secondary employment conditions according to the Cao Ziekenhuizen, including an end-of-year bonus of 8.33% and a holiday allowance of 8.33%.

As manager of information security, quality, and privacy, you will therefore take a central role in the management of the organization, reporting directly to and being represented in the MT/RvB by the manager of finance, procurement, facilities, and information provision.

As manager of information security, quality & privacy (IKP), you will lead a team of professionals within an organization in development. The team is in a phase of growth towards more independence, connection with each other and with other departments, cohesion, and task maturity. You know how to guide this development effectively with clear frameworks, trust, and a coaching style.

Hybrid working is possible for this position! You can work from home and from our head office located in Utrecht.

• You provide direction to the strategic course of the IKP department, which consists of the focus areas of information security, quality, and privacy, while ensuring alignment with the mission, vision, and strategy of BVO NL. You translate this course into concrete goals, working agreements, and priorities;

• You ensure a strong positioning of information security, quality, and privacy, and at the same time know how to build connections between the team members and the various departments of BVO NL;

• You translate laws and regulations into actionable frameworks at strategic, tactical, and operational levels, in line with the organization-wide strategy;

• You coach, guide, and support the team in their role, tasks, and professional conduct;

• You stimulate cohesion, connection, professionalism, and ownership, and you are a visible ambassador for the importance of information security, quality, and privacy;

• You stimulate a vibrant culture of improvement and safety within the organization, so that the focus lies on the continuous improvement of information security, quality, and privacy;

• You maintain relationships at strategic, tactical, and operational levels, both internally and externally;

• You tackle bottlenecks with an eye for culture and change.
