A Business Controller to come and strengthen our Planning & Business Control team!

What will you do?

Our finance department plays a crucial role in the further growth of InShared. To organize this well, we have divided our activities into Finance & Operational Control and Planning & Business Control. Together with seven direct colleagues, you will work on almost the entire financial domain: from accounting and reporting to business control and from operational issues to strategic choices.

As Business Controller, you help the organization make the right decisions with clear insights and sharp analyses. You translate figures into concrete advice and support teams in improving their performance. In this role, an important part of your focus lies on IT and our international activities, making affinity with IT control and international growth a great plus.

You work closely with colleagues from IT, Operations, Marketing, and management. In this way, you provide direct input for strategic choices and also help to further professionalize our Planning & Control cycle. Sounds good? Then read on quickly!

• Develop and continuously improve management information for various levels within the organization

• Analyze business performance and share your insights with teams such as IT, Operations, Marketing, and management

• Further automate and improve reports and dashboards within our BI tooling

• Perform cost analyses and discuss these with budget holders

• Draft and substantiate business cases for new initiatives and investments

• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year plans

• Collaborate on the further development of our Planning & Control cycle, including international (country) control. On a regular basis, you will coordinate this with our parent company Achmea

• Actively think along about improvements in processes, service delivery, and decision-making
