  • A completed HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university) degree in electrical engineering, installation technology, or similar, combined with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a project leader within the electrical installation industry;

  • You have experience managing project teams in multidisciplinary environments, know how to motivate people, and create a positive working atmosphere. You are proactive, result-oriented, and like to take ownership of your projects;

  • You are a connector with strong social and communication skills who easily switches between different parties and levels. You enjoy working in an integrated manner, are customer-oriented, and know how to translate wishes into concrete solutions;

  • You think along and invest in planning from the conviction that it can always be better. You are eager to learn, have an affinity with sustainability and the energy transition, and want to not only realize smart technical solutions but also contribute to the organization of the future.

What you'll get

  • The salary for this position is between €5205 and €7438 gross per 4 weeks (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary is dependent on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

What you'll do

As an electrical engineering project leader, you are the linchpin in the realization of complex installation projects. Whether it concerns time, budget, quality, or safety: you have all aspects of the project clearly in view and maintain control. You are responsible for the organization and successful delivery of one or more electrical engineering projects within building services engineering.

From the preparation phase onwards, you are closely involved and actively contribute ideas alongside the team and the client. With your vision, you take projects to a higher level: how can it be smarter? How can it be more efficient? You work intensively with colleagues from the preparation department and lead a multidisciplinary project team of experienced professionals.

  • You manage the full project cycle, from preparation to delivery, and ensure that all project objectives are achieved within the set frameworks of time, budget, quality, and safety;

  • You are the first point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, such as main contractors and suppliers. You understand their wishes and translate these into concrete execution plans;

  • Together with the preparation team, you dive into the technical details, planning, and execution methodologies. You identify risks in a timely manner and take proactive measures to manage them;

  • You closely follow developments and innovations within electrical engineering, bring your colleagues along with new technologies, and signal opportunities for optimization and process improvements.
