Senior Content Creator (Video & Directing)

• You have completed a higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education, preferably in the direction of Media, AV, Communication, or a similar field;

• You have several years of experience with video production, content creation, or a similar creative role, preferably in a commercial setting;

• You have experience with concept development, storytelling, and video production;

• You know how to translate an idea into a strong story and strong visuals;

• You have extensive experience with filming, editing, and the full production process;

• You feel comfortable in a directing role during shoots;

• You are creative, proactive, and take responsibility for your projects;

• You have experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and an interest in the possibilities of AI;

• Experience with After Effects, motion design, or animation is a plus, but not a requirement.

*Fluency in the Dutch language is required for this role; candidates will be assessed accordingly.

Video is one of the most powerful ways to bring our brands to life. As a Senior Content Creator (Video & Directing), you are responsible for the creative process behind our video content. From television commercials and product launches to social content, livestreams, and employer branding campaigns. You ensure that not only the visuals are right, but especially the story.

As a Senior Content Creator, you will receive a lot of responsibility and creative freedom. You will work together with marketers, designers, videographers, and other creative colleagues on content that truly makes an impact. The best part? We do almost everything ourselves. From concept development and script to directing, filming, and editing. Because of this, you will see your ideas actually reflected in the final result.

As a Senior Content Creator, you are involved in the entire production process from start to finish. You develop concepts, write scripts, work out storyboards, and translate marketing objectives into content that touches people. Subsequently, you step behind the camera just as easily to shoot footage yourself, or you dive into the edit to finalize a production.

While our Video Producers are primarily responsible for execution, as a senior, you also play an important role in the creative direction of productions. You think about the story behind a campaign, ask critical questions, and regularly take on the directing for larger productions. During shoots, you guide presenters, extras, and colleagues, ensuring that all the puzzle pieces come together into a strong final result.

You work on diverse productions for Belsimpel, Gomibo, and Handyhelden. One moment you are on location for a television commercial, the next moment you are working out a concept for a product launch or editing content for a large social campaign. No two weeks are the same.

You work in a team where creativity, marketing, and commerce converge. We love short lines, direct feedback, and clear choices. Design is not an afterthought, but a core component of our brand experience.
