As a sales advisor at Belsimpel, you are the first point of contact in Belsimpel's physical store. Together with your colleagues, you advise customers on phones and subscriptions; you ensure that every customer makes the right choice. You are proactive and you find it a challenge to ensure that the customer leaves the store satisfied.

As a sales advisor in our store, you are the face of Belsimpel. Our customers can come to you with all their questions, and you ensure that everyone leaves the store satisfied. You provide the customer with the best advice by engaging in conversation and identifying the customer's needs. At Belsimpel, we do not work with targets, so you always give the customer honest advice and ensure that the customer goes home with the product that best suits them. You don't need to be an expert in the latest phones and subscriptions, but you must be eager to learn. This way, you can be sure that you can advise customers as accurately as possible and quickly find the necessary information.

In addition to advising customers about phones, subscriptions, accessories, and insurance, you are also a service point for customers. You are up to date on the state of affairs within Belsimpel and know how to find the right information immediately. Customers can also come to you for, for example, cutting their SIM card, setting up their phone, returning their purchases, and picking up their online order. Additionally, you help customers who have a problem with their device by tackling the problem yourself or sending it to a repair center if you cannot solve the problem immediately in the store for the customer. Finally, you ensure that customers can always visit a neat and clean store. The work is therefore incredibly varied; no day at Belsimpel is the same!

In the morning, you greet your colleague Luca and together you open the store. First priority? Coffee. Then together you ensure that the store is completely ready for opening and everything looks neat. When you are finished with this, the doors open and the first customers arrive immediately. You start your day well: an elderly couple is looking for their first smartphone so they can receive photos of their grandchild. You know how to ask the right questions to find out exactly what they are looking for in a phone; just running WhatsApp and perhaps taking simple photos is enough. You know enough and find the perfect budget device for these customers. After this, you help a few customers with picking up their online orders, and then it is time for your break.

In the afternoon, you have an appointment: a customer has bought a phone and would like you to transfer the data. During the transfer, she can enjoy a stroll in the city, so you have plenty of time to ensure that this goes completely flawlessly. While you are busy with this, a customer enters with a tricky case regarding number portability, for which you do not immediately know the answer. Fortunately, we have a system in which you easily know how to find the required information for the customer, and thus you provide a good solution in no time. Next, you help a gentleman who thought he had lost all the photos from his old device. You manage to retrieve all the data after all! The customer thanks you kindly and leaves the store satisfied. The customer from the appointment returns and has brought a pack of cookies for you as a thank you. She was the last customer, and together with your colleagues, you close the store. Now you can cycle home, just as satisfied as all your customers.
