As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will work in a dynamic environment where you align and execute marketing plans with manufacturers and providers. You will work with large marketing budgets and determine together how we set up the best campaigns and deals.

Full-time | 36-40 h/week | University level | Head office Groningen

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will manage all marketing agreements with manufacturers, accessory brands, and providers together with your team. You will align campaigns, determine the right strategy, and ensure that everything—from preparation to execution and reporting—runs flawlessly.

At Belsimpel, we do everything in-house: we produce our own commercials, design campaigns ourselves, and do not hire agencies. That means a lot of responsibility and creative freedom. With a large marketing budget, you will work on campaigns surrounding launches, offers, and promotional weeks, and ensure that our partners are satisfied with every collaboration.

You work like a full-fledged marketing agency within Belsimpel—together with an enthusiastic team that thinks in opportunities and does what works.

You are responsible for, among other things:

• Aligning marketing plans and selling marketing opportunities to smaller partners

• Promoting Belsimpel's brand identity and positioning towards partners

• Maintaining contact with smaller partners and ensuring they are satisfied with campaigns, agreements, and reports

• Coordinating campaigns and product launches with internal teams such as design, content, and development

• Analyzing campaign results and sharing insights to improve future campaigns

• Preparing and supporting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for partners of all sizes

You will start with smaller partners and grow into independent partner management and strategic contact with large international brands.

What can you expect from us?

• You have a higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication.

• You have an affinity with marketing and e-commerce and are commercially minded.

• You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, and can persuade partners.

• You are entrepreneurial, result-oriented, and think proactively.

• You love challenges and negotiating and are not afraid to take the lead.

• You can work independently, but also coordinate well with different teams.

• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages and feel comfortable presenting.
