Requirements
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
Nice to have
- Experience within the real estate sector (commercial real estate, corporate real estate, or real estate consultancy) is strongly desired.
- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant within a recruitment or executive search agency is a strong plus and is considered very valuable.
- Experience within an international matrix organization is an advantage.
Languages

The role
Talent Acquisition Advisor
To strengthen our Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who will be responsible for attracting top talent within our Dutch organization.
What you'll do
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you are a strategic sparring partner for hiring managers and leaders within the business. You lead the full recruitment process from start to finish and ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. You work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to attract the best talent for various roles within our real estate and corporate teams.
You are proactive in developing talent pipelines, strengthening our employer branding, and advising stakeholders on labor market developments and recruitment strategies.
- Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management at various organizational levels.
- Experience with direct sourcing and building talent pipelines.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
What will you do?
- Managing the full recruitment process, from intake to offer and onboarding.
- Advising and supporting hiring managers in the areas of talent acquisition and labor market strategies.
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies for specialist and hard-to-fill vacancies.
- Building and maintaining talent pools for future staffing needs.
- Actively searching for and approaching candidates via various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Coordinating interviews and selection processes.
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Analyzing recruitment data and reporting on recruitment KPIs.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and labor market campaigns.
- Collaborating with HR, business leaders, and external recruitment partners to achieve recruitment objectives.
- Monitoring compliance and the application of recruitment policies and labor laws.
