The role

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Do you think that an accounting and advisory firm only employs accountants and financial advisors? Not at all; we have many more roles, such as this part-time job as a working student within the Recruitment team. As a Campus Recruitment working student, you will work together with the Campus Recruitment team to search for the best-fitting colleagues. With your fresh perspective and new ideas, you will help build the optimization of the candidate journey and our employer brand.

From the very moment you start, we will challenge you. Certainly to be yourself, to grow, and to surprise us with your proactivity. In terms of content, you can think of challenges such as the:

  • organizing and executing events such as in-house days, networking drinks and dinners, and company days.
  • screening and assessing applications.
  • maintaining contact with candidates and BDO colleagues from various departments.

To make it complete:

  • from day 1, a buddy will show you the ropes. They are always close by and will answer all your questions.

Vacatureomschrijving

BDO is an accounting and advisory firm. Not just any 1: we make a difference for clients, society, and the people around us. We make a contribution and pay attention to what truly matters. We do this together with 3,000 colleagues. We work within a unique work culture with plenty of opportunities to develop.

At our office in Tilburg, near the CS and the city center, many colleagues can always be found. Having a quick chat by the coffee machine about the weekend or playing a game of table football. Working takes place at modern and pleasant flexible workspaces. That one bus trip to the beach… in Den Bosch, the 80 colleagues are still talking about it. They do this from the tenth floor of the office, with a perfect view of the city. Is there something to celebrate? Then it is celebrated with sausage rolls or the well-known Bossche bollen. In the middle of Strijp-S, you will find plenty of culture, innovation, and our Eindhoven office. Approximately 250 professionals work from here. They describe themselves as creative, calm, and sporty. Speaking of sporty: during the annual Eindhoven marathon, there is a dedicated BDO fan zone to cheer on the athletes.

This is how you add value
At BDO, we see you. For who you are. For what you can do and in what you can grow. So we have an eye for you and your result-orientedness. We also look forward to your initiatives. On top of that, for this part-time job as a working student, it also counts whether you:

  • are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.

Real value is more than money
Good guidance, plenty of room for growth, and a relaxed atmosphere: that is the greatest gain as soon as you choose us. On top of that, you can count on a suitable salary, plus:

  • €0.28 travel allowance per kilometer. For commuting, this is up to 75 kilometers one way.
  • at least € 30.00 net telephone allowance per month and a laptop from BDO.
  • up to € 25.00 net allowance per month for your gym costs.
  • opportunities to become a starter after your working student period.
