Returns & Repair Specialist (min. 16h/w)

Fluency in the Dutch language is required for this role; candidates will be assessed accordingly.

Our customer sends an order back and you know exactly what to do.

Enormous amounts of products go out to customers every single day. Unfortunately, sometimes there are devices among them that do not function properly, or the ordered product is not exactly what the customer expected. As a Returns Specialist at Belsimpel, you ensure that our customers are helped in the right way. Every day is different, which makes this work very varied.

Assess all products that are returned and ensure the best solution is arranged

As a Returns Specialist, you deal daily with the products, such as devices and accessories, that customers return. In doing so, you are responsible for approving and recording returns into the stock and guiding customers throughout the entire return or repair process. Whether the customer wants to exchange or cancel: you ensure that the customer's wish is fulfilled. Even when a customer has a defective device, you are there to ensure the customer is mobile again as quickly as possible. You are a true superhero!

As a Returns Specialist, you will learn everything you need to know about mobile phones and accessories, but technical details do not need to be explained to you from scratch. You are flexible and love doing varied work. During your work, you will also come into contact with many different cases, which you handle with a critical eye. One moment you are checking a device that has become defective due to drop or impact damage, and the next moment you are ensuring an order is exchanged for another color for the customer. Furthermore, you are a true team player, you always have an eye for your colleagues, and you can collaborate like no other.

You start with the aforementioned basic tasks. When you have been employed for a bit longer, there is the possibility to grow to a higher level, in which you receive more tasks and more responsibilities. Ultimately, it is possible to grow into the role of coordinator, where you help colleagues with difficult issues and handle coordination during shifts.

• You are available for at least 16h per week and available to continue working with us for at least 2 years.

• You have a great sense of responsibility and do not shy away from a challenge.

• You are independent, take initiative, and you can work systematically and accurately.

• Affinity with phones is certainly important, but don't worry if you don't know exactly how every device is put together. We will teach you everything you need to know!

• You are available at least 1 evening per week and 1 weekend day every two weeks.

• You are simply an enthusiastic, social colleague!
