Are you passionate about realizing the energy transition and shaping the future of sustainable energy? BearingPoint is looking for a Manager for our Energy & Utilities team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will work on strategic transformation projects, helping clients navigate the complexity of the energy transition and implement innovative solutions.

As an Energy Transition Manager at BearingPoint, you will lead a multidisciplinary team working on challenging assignments within the energy sector. Together with your team, you will deliver complex projects that play a key role in realizing the energy transition.

Furthermore, the position includes:

End-to-end project leadership You deliver complete solutions: from strategy design and transformation management to stakeholder engagement and senior management presentations.

Strategic sparring partner You actively think along with clients regarding business strategies, the development and integration of innovative concepts and technologies, and transformation plans.

Relationship management and networking You build strong relationships and maintain them with senior stakeholders at clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

Business development You identify client needs and translate them into concrete, actionable projects that add value to the organization.

Subject matter expertise You stay up to date with trends, innovations, and regulatory changes in the sector to stay ahead of the curve.

Practice development You contribute to the growth of the Energy & Utilities practice within the European BearingPoint network by sharing knowledge and developing new initiatives.
