Change Lead Energy and Utility

• A completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in (technical) business administration, civil engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience with change management or business consultancy.
• Experience with digital transformations in waterfall and agile environments.
• Strong analytical, empathetic, communicative, and stakeholder management skills. From a certain level of seniority, we also expect leadership qualities.
• Affinity with the energy, infrastructure, or technical sector is a plus.
• A Prosci / ADKAR certification is a plus.

• Implementing improvement strategies within project organizations by drafting communication plans, conducting stakeholder analyses, creating training plans, designing surveys, and;
• leading and coaching multidisciplinary teams at the intersection of business and IT professionals;
• creating buy-in among stakeholders and managing expectations;
• structuring and prioritizing change initiatives, for example in the areas of system or process integrations, safety, or sustainability;
• monitoring the progress and impact of change trajectories and optimizing these processes.
