We are looking for an experienced Microsoft AI Transformation Architect who will play a key role in the further growth of BearingPoint's Enterprise Microsoft Transformation (EMT) business in the Netherlands. In this role, you will help organizations design, implement, and scale AI solutions that transform business processes, support employees, and create competitive advantage.

Now that organizations are moving past the phase of experimenting with AI and are increasingly making AI part of their core processes, the need for scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready AI solutions is growing.

As a Microsoft AI Transformation Architect, you will take the lead in designing and implementing AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will help clients define AI strategies, identify high-value use cases, design solution architectures, and guide implementation teams throughout the entire delivery process.

You will focus on developing custom AI and Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft's AI capabilities. In this way, you help organizations make the leap from AI ambition to concrete business impact.

This role combines architecture, consultancy, innovation, and hands-on involvement with some of the most cutting-edge technologies within the Microsoft AI ecosystem.

• Designing end-to-end AI architectures using Microsoft technologies

• Defining best practices for scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready AI implementations

• Taking the lead in technical decision-making and architectural governance within projects

• Supporting organizations in building AI capabilities that align with their business objectives

• Designing and implementing custom AI solutions based on Azure OpenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Developing AI Agents and autonomous workflows with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services

• Designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and enterprise AI solutions

• Supporting clients in the operational deployment of Generative AI within business processes

• Advising clients on AI strategies, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps

• Conducting AI readiness assessments and identifying innovation opportunities

• Supporting organizations in scaling AI initiatives across different departments and business units

• Connecting AI investments to measurable business results and value creation

• Integrating AI solutions with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365

• Ensuring that AI solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and governance requirements

• Collaborating closely with data platform and engineering teams to realize AI-ready foundations

• Acting as a trusted advisor for senior business and technology stakeholders

• Facilitating workshops, architecture sessions, and strategic discussions at the executive level

• Translating complex AI concepts into practical business solutions

• Contributing to commercial trajectories, proposals, and client relationships
