Senior Business Consultant Energy & Utilities

• You have a relevant HBO or WO degree
• You have at least 5 years of experience in the energy market, are familiar with terms such as grid congestion, flex capacity, storage capacity, and understand the challenges playing out in the Netherlands
• You are able to translate complex issues and needs into practical solutions that add value and are able to bring order and structure to processes and systems. This is what gives you energy.
• You possess excellent communication skills: you can persuade, connect, and explain clearly to employees as well as to management.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
• We expect a good command of the Dutch language (minimum C2 level).

• Architecture, business analysis, or project management skills are welcome

• Translating complex issues into practical solutions that add value for colleagues and clients.
• Optimizing processes and systems, including the implementation of new systems or projects
• Drafting business cases, guiding roadmap developments, or writing playbooks
• Stakeholder management: collaborating with various internal and external parties, sometimes with diverging interests
• Creating support for change and guiding adoption (e.g., via workshops and training)
• Working in multidisciplinary Agile teams (for example SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) Guiding business cases and roadmap development
