The role

As a Thesis Intern (Program/Transformation Management x AI), you will contribute to the development of our capabilities and propositions. This internship is ideal for someone with a strong interest in organizational change, consultancy, and innovation. You will work closely with our consultants within the domains of Program/Transformation Management and AI.

Preliminary research question: How can the adoption of AI improve our Program/Transformation Management capabilities and market propositions?

What you'll do

Investigating how AI can be applied to strengthen Program and Transformation Management (e.g., decision-making, progress monitoring, benefits realization, governance, stakeholder management).
Exploring how these AI applications can be translated into concrete consultancy propositions for our clients.
Defining your own research "sweet spot" within the theme of Program/Transformation Management × AI, in line with your interests and the strategic focus of BearingPoint.
Sharing your insights via a thesis, article, and presentation to relevant stakeholders within BearingPoint, through which you will directly contribute to our knowledge and services.

Your profile

Education You are a university student (WO) in a business administration or change-related field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Change Management, Business Innovation Studies, Organizational Studies).

Analytical skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work attitude Proactive, structured, and result-oriented.

Communication skills Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

Interest and motivation Affinity with consultancy, particularly Business & IT transformations.

Strong interest in AI applications and the adoption of AI within professional services.
