Education
You have a completed master's degree in, for example, Business Information Systems, ICT & Business, Technology Management, Computer Science, or a similar field.

Experience
You have 3-6 years of experience with implementing applications, such as ERP, CRM, MES, or PLM, and have been involved in end-to-end implementation projects.

Business and IT affinity
You have a strong interest in how IT solutions contribute to business goals and performance, and possess knowledge of IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or information management.

Analytical skills
You possess strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and are able to structure and solve complex issues.

Personality and consultancy skills
You have a result-oriented mindset, are proactive, and know how to deal effectively with challenging client environments and change processes.

Communication
You possess excellent communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English.

What you'll do

As a (Senior) Consultant Business Implementation, you help organizations realize IT-driven changes. You translate business needs into working solutions and guide clients throughout the entire implementation process - from design to adoption.

You act as the connecting link between business and IT and ensure that digital solutions not only work technically, but also actually deliver value to the organization.

Design and solution definition
You lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to sharpen business processes, requirements, and solution directions. You translate these into concrete functional designs and solution choices.

Configuration and implementation
You configure and optimize digital solutions (such as ERP, CRM, MES, or PLM) so that they align with the client's business processes.

Requirements and user stories
You collect additional (delta) requirements and translate these into clear user stories and specifications for development teams.

Testing and validation
You guide clients during testing phases, validate the functioning of solutions, and ensure that they meet the stated requirements and expectations.

Adoption and training
You support the preparation and execution of training and ensure a smooth onboarding of end users, so that new systems are successfully adopted.

Collaboration and delivery
You coordinate with integration and data migration leads and work closely with technical teams to successfully realize end-to-end delivery.
