We are looking for an entrepreneurial Modern Work & Copilot Consultant who helps organizations get the most out of their Microsoft investments. In this role, you combine consultancy, technology, change management, and user adoption to realize sustainable business change. You help clients achieve productivity gains, improve collaboration, and successfully implement AI-driven ways of working using Microsoft Copilot and Modern Work technologies.

Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI are fundamentally changing the way employees find information, collaborate, and perform their daily tasks. Organizations are increasingly looking for guidance in adopting these technologies in a way that delivers truly measurable business results.

As a Modern Work & Copilot Consultant, you help clients define their vision for the modern workplace, optimize collaboration, and realize demonstrable productivity improvements. You guide organizations throughout their entire transformation process: from strategy and readiness assessments to implementation, adoption, and realizing value.

You work closely with business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to ensure that organizations achieve sustainable benefits from Microsoft 365, Copilot, and related technologies.

• Advising clients on modern workplace strategies and digital collaboration

• Supporting the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions

• Developing roadmaps and business cases for Modern Work initiatives

• Helping organizations improve collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the employee experience

• Guiding organizations through Copilot readiness and implementation journeys

• Identifying use cases that contribute to productivity and operational efficiency

• Helping clients realize demonstrable value from investments in Microsoft Copilot

• Supporting the adoption of AI-driven ways of working

• Designing and facilitating workshops, training, and adoption programs

• Developing change management and communication strategies

• Stimulating user adoption and engagement within organizations

• Contributing to long-term success and sustainable value creation

• Advising on governance, security, and compliance issues within Microsoft 365 and Copilot

• Supporting responsible AI adoption and initiatives around data protection

• Helping to set up frameworks for secure and scalable AI implementations

• Contributing to propositions regarding Modern Work, Copilot, and AI Productivity

• Representing BearingPoint during client events and market activities

• Following market developments and new Microsoft technologies

• Collaborating with EMT colleagues within Europe to bring innovative solutions to clients

• Data & Analytics Solutions - Building AI-ready data platforms based on Microsoft technology.

• Agentic AI Solutions - Designing and implementing custom AI solutions based on enterprise data.

• AI Productivity & Enablement - Transforming the way employees work with Microsoft Copilot and Modern Work technologies.
