QC E&I Technician

• A completed MBO/HBO education (in the field of electrical engineering) MBO 4/HBO in electrical engineering

• Knowledge of quality processes and the commissioning of installations;

• Knowledge of NEN 1010, NEN 3140, ATEX;

• You master the Dutch language at a minimum of B2 level, both orally and in writing.

Within our office in Rotterdam, a specialized E&I team works on diverse industrial projects, both solo and multidisciplinary with mechanical/piping and civil. In this role, you will verify whether E&I installations are being built, connected, and tested according to standards, specifications, and drawings. You will perform inspections and tests, such as loop and function tests, record findings, report deviations, and ensure that these are resolved. Additionally, you will ensure that the work is delivered to the client safely, documented, and compliant.

You will inspect semi-finished and finished products and sign them off in the test and inspection plan. You will prepare and manage test reports, test E&I installations, and contribute ideas regarding technical issues during execution. You will assist with client inspections, perform acceptances at suppliers and subcontractors, compile handover dossiers and fabrication books, and create deviation reports where necessary.
