Every evening, thousands of Upfront packages leave Rotterdam. To athletes, parents, students, and people who have had enough of labels with unreadable ingredients. Behind every package is a team of students and young people with one goal: ensuring orders go out the door as quickly as possible. We work fast and at a high tempo, and the music is on. You can flexibly decide for yourself how much and when you work. Are you in?
Evening shift, Mon to Fri. 17:30 to 00:30. Pick & pack of what is being shipped that same evening.
Sunday. 14:30 to 21:30. Pick & pack to start the week off right.
Afternoon shift during busy periods. 10:30 to 17:30.
Important: you can flexibly indicate when you want to work in our scheduling system. If you want to work more one week than another, you can!
You will work from our logistics center in the Van Nelle Fabriek in Rotterdam. Together with a young team, you will kick tens of thousands of orders out the door every day.
There are two roles, you may choose:
Picking. You are the person running through the warehouse, finding everything needed for an order. Many steps and you are constantly in motion.
Packing. You stand at the table and pack the boxes that go out in the evening. Checkout tempo: everything in, box closed, next.
With good performance, you grow quickly into a team leader, where you lead the shift and ensure the operation runs. Salary for a team leader increases up to €20.07 per hour (all in).
Student, finished with final exams, or in your final year of high school
Takes initiative without being asked
Lives in Rotterdam or the immediate surrounding area
Available for at least 2 shifts per week
Good salary, all in increasing up to €20.07 per hour if you are a team leader
