At Upfront, we make food that works. Clean, functional, and transparent. To fulfill that promise, we have opened our own production hall - an important step for us as a brand, and a unique opportunity for you to be a part of it.
As a Production Hall Employee, you help us produce our products every day with care and precision. From the very first batch to a smoothly running process: your work makes a direct impact.
During your shift, you work on the entire production line. You collect raw materials, weigh them carefully, and prepare batches for production. Additionally, you support the stacking of products, coordinate the process in the production hall, and ensure that everything moves toward the warehouse in the correct manner.
Accuracy and hygiene are essential here. You work cleanly, stay sharp regarding potential errors, and thus work together with the team to ensure we only deliver products of the highest quality. You can determine your own shifts and work flexibly, meaning you can work more hours one week than another!
You are someone who:
Speaks Dutch fluently
Likes to roll up your sleeves and gets energy from hard work
Works accurately and has an eye for detail and hygiene
Handles processes and quality responsibly
Likes to work in a young, energetic student team
Resides in (the area of) Rotterdam
Is available for at least 2 shifts per week (08:00-16:30 or 14:30 - 23:00, Monday to Friday)
