E&I Project Leader

As an E&I Project Leader at Ballast Nedam Industriebouw in Rotterdam, you ensure that technology, planning, and execution align seamlessly. You work on challenging industrial projects where safety, quality, and progress are central. No two days are the same: you switch between engineering, execution, suppliers, and clients to realize projects successfully.

You will enter an environment where civil, mechanical, and E&I disciplines converge within large-scale industrial new construction and expansion projects.

The projects are often located in an industrial environment where safety, manufacturability, and feasibility are essential. Not standard utility or residential construction projects, but technical challenges where you are involved from preparation to delivery.

Within our E&I discipline, we are looking for people who can effectively bring together technology, safety, execution, and planning. People who take ownership, maintain an overview, and get energy from collaborating on tangible project results.

• You have a visible impact on the progress and the result of complex projects.

• You work closely to the execution and see immediately what your work delivers.

• You get plenty of room to think along about technology, planning, and project approach.

• You work together with specialists from civil, mechanical, and E&I.

• You combine technical content with coordination and project control.

• You have experience with E&I activities within industrial projects, for example as a Project Leader, Project Coordinator, Work Preparer, or Project Engineer.

• You have a contractor mentality: you look beyond the technology alone and continuously think about safety, planning, feasibility, and project results;

• You communicate easily (in both Dutch and English) with clients, suppliers, engineers, and execution, and know how to bring different interests together.

• Salary from € 6000.- to € 8000,- gross per 4 weeks (€ 6500,- to € 8.666,- gross per month) based on full-time employment);
