Project Management Officer (PMO’er)

• HBO/WO working and thinking level
• 3-5 years of experience in a PMO or project support role
• Extensive experience in preparing clear reports and excellent command of PowerPoint, Excel, and Jira to provide insight into progress, performance, and actions.

As a PMO'er, you facilitate the various innovations within the KPN SME domains. When innovating, the quality of the innovation, a healthy time-to-market, and a successful go-live are central. You work together with an ambitious & entrepreneurial team that can especially use your drive and expertise in coordinating and managing the process, as well as any aftercare for a successful go-live. You are the link between customer needs, business strategy & IT, and the central point of contact for the entire innovation process. You monitor the progress of initiatives and whether they align with our strategy.

Concretely, this means you:

• Keep the portfolio of innovation initiatives clear and up to date
• Prepare clear progress reports and dashboards (KPIs, milestones, budget)
• Support project managers and teams with planning, resources, and risks
• Monitor dependencies between initiatives and adjust in a timely manner
• Facilitate governance and decision-making processes
• Continuously make our PMO processes and tooling a little bit smarter
