This position falls in scale 11, with a gross monthly salary between € 5,946.23 and € 7,928.30 (based on 36 hours per week). Furthermore, we offer:

For the Omnichannel Conversational team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Requirements Engineer. The team is responsible for the development of digital contact channels where a dialogue occurs, think of telephony, chat and voicebots, and live chat. Additionally, we facilitate contact with essential parties via our channels, such as our distribution partner network. You will work with the wishes of various IT and customer journey teams and investigate what is on the minds of these users and what the possibilities are.

What functionality do the various applications offer? What guidelines are there from architecture and which legislation is relevant? Your stories are input for the development team. You ensure the translation of architecture into technical designs and translate these into stories with clear requirements for our external partners. During the realization of the story, you remain involved. By elaborating the requirements, impact analyses, and solution directions, you create added value for the customer and support and advise the team. You are a first point of contact for complex changes within the IT landscape.

Your direction is essential to making the transition to offshore development a success. You ensure clear communication and guidance towards our offshore development partners, so that requirements are well understood and correctly implemented. Together we work on a modernized and simplified application landscape to build the bank of the future smarter and faster.

You have a technical background; you feel at home in a complex IT landscape where a large number of applications interact and are managed. You know which factors are important during changes, can estimate the impact, and map out the associated risks. Additionally, you are a true sparring partner and connector, precisely because you speak the language of both business and IT. From a helicopter view to the detail level, you are good at accurately structuring information, maintaining an overview, and prioritizing your work.

You proactively seek connection with others and quickly find the right people, even outside your own team. You are used to taking charge in situations where multiple parties, interests, and dependencies converge. You monitor progress, make agreements concrete and actionable, and ensure that everyone knows what is expected of them. Especially in collaboration with offshore teams, you know how to create structure and clarity without losing the connection. Furthermore, you have:

• Takes ownership of team targets and proactively involves the team in this. You are a good listener, ask follow-up questions, and analyze the impact, and you dare to ask critical questions
