Lead HR Attract & Onboard

This position falls in scale 12, with a gross monthly salary between € 6,827.21 and € 9,102.94 (based on 36 hours per week). And this is also what you get from us:

As Lead Attract & Onboard at ASN Bank in Utrecht, you determine the course for the journey in which recruitment, selection, preboarding, and onboarding converge. You bring together various HR expertise areas, make choices, and ensure service delivery that works for our people and contributes to the ambitions of ASN Bank.

What will you do?
ASN Bank is in the midst of an ambitious HR transformation, working towards a smarter, faster, and simpler way of working. Within the People Experience Center, the journey teams work closely together on a coherent and recognizable HR service for employees and managers, from inflow to exit. As Lead HR Attract & Onboard, you play a key role in this movement.

You lead a team of HR professionals within the Attract & Onboard journey. You look beyond individual HR processes and ensure that the various moments and services within the journey connect logically and reinforce each other. You determine what is needed, set priorities, and bring together strategy, expertise, and needs from the organization. Using feedback, Net Promoter Score, and process data, you continuously drive improvement and results.

• You develop and manage the multi-year roadmap for recruitment, selection, preboarding, and onboarding, and translate business needs and organizational strategy into concrete improvement priorities for the entire journey.
• You direct the candidate experience, hiring manager experience, and onboarding experience, and ensure that ASN Bank's employer brand is recognizably reflected in every step of the journey, in close cooperation with Expert Branding (EX) / EVP.
• You act as the client for changes within the journey and monitor the design, realization, and adoption of new products, processes, and systems, including supplier agreements and compliance requirements.
• You drive the inflow of permanent and flexible talent and monitor KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and the quality of the candidates offered, so that vacancies and capacity requirements are filled in a timely and high-quality manner.
• You connect feedback, case studies, and data to structural improvements in processes and service delivery, and bring signals from execution back to HR Strategy & Expertise.

Where you will work
You lead a team of 11 professionals with expertise in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, external hiring, and pre- and onboarding. Together, you ensure that ASN Bank attracts the right talent and that new colleagues receive a warm, structured start that fits who we are as a bank. You work closely with HR Business, HR Strategy & Expertise, Expert Branding (EX) / EVP, other journey teams, and managers within ASN Bank. You report directly to the Head of People Experience Center.
