As Audit Director at aaff, you hold ultimate responsibility for the planning and execution of statutory audits of medium and large enterprises. You lead your team, guide them in their personal development, and are a reliable point of contact for your clients. You build and maintain relationships with clients, manage various audit teams, contribute to the growth of our audit practice, and sign off on WCOs.

In addition, you actively mobilize your network in your region to contribute to organizational objectives in this way as well. At the same time, you stay up-to-date via knowledge groups and meetings tailored to specialization and experience level, so that you continue to grow in your profession.

• You lead the audit team and actively build a strong client portfolio.

• You have direct client contact, audit annual accounts, and provide advice in financial, policy, and strategic areas, and you sign off on WCOs.

• You regularly discuss the progress of assignments with clients, ensure accurate controls, and advise on financial strategies.

• Maintaining your technical professional knowledge is a matter of course for you, and you do not shy away from internal or external presentations.

• At aaff, you work in teams that are custom-made for every client, which means your personal contribution is significant.

• As the person with ultimate responsibility and the signing accountant, you strive for compliance with laws and regulations and the quality standards of aaff.
